I sync using Active Sync and I have a business and personal pop email acccounts. However, whenever I access email the device defaults to the "Outlook" inbox which is not used. I don't see how to get the default inbox to point to one of my two pop accounts, delete the Outlook inbox or direct all of my incoming mail to the Outlook Inbox. Am I missing something?

when you say business account, can you check it like you could OWA account? via a web page?

Async is designed to work with outlook. do you not use outlook at ALL? do you use it to sync your contacts and calendar items (PIM info)? if you do this then just uncheck everything other then the contacts, tasks and such and dont check email.

if you dont use ASync at all then it wont work with other accounts. for that just set the mail accounts up thru the phone directly using the setup wizard. you will need your SMTP and POP server names...

I use AS to sync all but email (I do not have email checked in AS). I have two pop email accounts setup and download email via the data connection using PO.

In PO there are three email folders. One named Outlook that I don't use, one for my business email account and one for my personal email account. There is an inbox sub-folder in each of the account folders.

When I check email, the default Outlook inbox opens. Of course, there is never anything there since I don't sync email using AS. So, I must tap [menu] [goto] [account name] then tap [menu] [goto] [second account name].

I'd like all downloaded messages to go to one inbox and for the program to open that inbox when I check mail. In the alternative, I'd like one of the pop email account inboxes to be the default inbox that opens when I check mail.
