VZ Navigator link?

Guys,

I have been trying to download VZnavigator for the TP2 with no success. I hit the download link from the Opera homepage, and it tells me the function is unavailable and to try later. Does anyone know the direct link to download it?

Thanks

If you aren't dead set on the VZNavigator and paying for it (I think it's a pay for program), the GPS is unlocked and can be used with any mapping software, including Google Maps. Just set your location to "ON" instead of 911 only in the Phone settings, and you can access the GPS...

Just as an FYI... I don't plan to, nor have I, played with VZNavigator...

One nice thing about VZNavigator (tho for me still not worth paying for) is that it'll speak the directions to you. Tho I guess other apps may do that... I only really use Google Maps, so not sure.

Click the start button from the home screen and VZ Navigator should be one of the icons. (By default it is the in the 3rd row next to the Opera icon) When you hit that, it opens IE and prompts you to download or open the program and you should be good to go.

There are free alternatives, but some people like to hear the voice prompts when they are driving, so for them it's worth it. It works pretty good actually when I tested it..

I don't use it because I'm a dude and I don't get lost... hehe.
