- touchpro2 is not listed as one of the phones wireless sync supports on the wireless sync options screen.
- had to call tech support who sent me to Client Download to download the right version of wireless sync

Installed - configured - works from the wireless sync screen.

However, it is not "connected" to "touch flo". Pressing the email icon just prompts you to setup an account.

I can go back to the wireless sync screen and click the little envelop icon to get to my email.

If I go to accounts it shows me "outlook email and SMS/MMS". It is like it doesn't know wireless sync is an account.

How do I get the two to play nice together?

This is one of the reasons I quit using touch flo and use SPB Mobile Shell. You can create a custom icon that takes you right in to a specific mail account.
I know I'm not answering your question, just want you to know there are other options out there if you can't get it to work.
