Finally able to order with complete accessory page. My cost was $199-30ne2+tax=$187. I wish I could have got $100 off for ne2 but since I previously had no data plan, could only get $30.Should be here Monday.

Just tracked mine and it has left Memphis, TN headed for Atlanta, Ga to be delivered before 12 on Saturday!! 10 months with the TP was too long.
A guy on another forum was lucky enough to get one from his local store and has pics of it.
Mine will arrive Monday. The deal with the NE2 discounts varries by calling plan not the price of the device. I verified this while on the phone today with VZW. I went to the VZW store and they didn't have it in, but could order it. Duh? I can order it too and have it delivered to me so that's what I did.
My current calling plan only qualified me for the $100 instant (instead of the mail in rebate) and $50 NE2 discounts. Free shipping and I should be set Monday afternoon sometime.

Yea man, its about time VZW gave us a decent phone, the TP was a joke and they know it. I believe thats why they made sure this one was going to be a hot sought after item. I think for once, the Verizon version will be superior to Sprint (only difference this time being appearance)
I like my Touch Pro - granted the Verizon version did have less ram, but overall if the TP2 hadn't come out I would still be happily using my TP without any more complaints than any other phone I have ever had. But yes, the TP2 seems awesome. Let's hope it delivers, as the biggest issue was the software on the Verizon TP - if they put a bunch of crap on again, we will still be going the route of custom roms.
You should be able to order it... I couldn't order it via my logged in page, but I called VZ and put the order thru. Couldn't do it thru the first rep tho... she was all confused... . couldn't "see" the $100 discount, and swore my NE2 was only $50... . eventually she handed me off to a 'service rep' (guess she was a sales rep) and he took care of it.
Only thing I didn't get was the free overnight.. but I wasn't going to push it.
Got mine today, was told the reason the phones not available online yet is because it's only "direct order" or something like that. Basically telephone orders only work right now. Got my $100 NE2, $100 rebate and free shipping rounding out at a nice $100. Considering I got my i760 2 years ago for $270 I'd say this is a steal Can't wait to get it in!

thanks and you don't have to ask for the mail in rebate, it will come with the unit regardless? I say that because when I try to get this phone, there is no mention of rebate, just 100 off for NE2.
Another quick note, not sure if this is standard across all TP2's but on verizons site it says they've included Visual voicemail which I think is awesome. I can't stand having to go through that voice prompt every time
I saw it mentioned somewhere but can't remember where. The VZW includes a camera on the face for visual voicemail. Similar to the Omnia2 just without the 5.0Mp resolution. The TP2 has 3.2 resolution lenses. The camera on the back is standard with every version.

I just watched the video linked. I'm curious as to what that thing is on the top side? Is it the slot for the expansion memory (MicroSD) or something else? If not, is the slot inside the back cover like on the Omnia? Cool, but in a not quite fully 3D way as the top side wasn't addressed and the back cover wasn't removed. Happy to see a stylus WITH a slot to park it in. One of the peeves about the Omnia and Omnia2 (coming soon) that didn't really thrill me. I don't always use nor have to use it, but I like to have options.
