Using Bing, and while in a vehicle it takes mine about 30 seconds to start tracking me. Keep in mind I have QuickGPS update regularly.

is the GPS unlocked, or do you have to have VZ Navigator?

Is it using 'real GPS' or tower triangulation? The VZW site is rather vague on the GPS capabilities.

The GPS is unlocked and you can use any program.

I believe this has real GPS and does not use only triangulation but I could be mistaken.

If you use google maps or Latitude, and you "zero" in on your position, if you are within say 10 meters, it's real gps. otherwise it would say something like 1100 meters.

From what i read in the other thread it is real GPS.

I took my BB back now i have to wait 3 days for my 30 trial to reset, then i can get either the imagio or the HTC TP2
