I am having trouble getting the T-Mobile Wing to sync with Outlook. Did it okay at first, now it won't connect. Anyone out there have a solution?

Can you provide some additional information? Does ActiveSync show your device name when you run it prior to plugging in the Wing? When you connect the Wing, does ActiveSync recognize it or does it appear as Guest? Or does the connection fail or does the PC never 'see' the device at all? Do you get an error message on the device or the PC?

I ended up doing a reset. Now it works.....although it is all still a mystery to me.

It worked perfectly until recently. I'm on Vista. It worked since December and stopped in June. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. It will not connect. I get a red X and an error. All y outlook contacts have been removed from my phone. The only reason I got this phone was to be able to synch contacts, alendar and email. Now I can't even do that! Help!

What I have found, is that with many of these devices somehow the usb drivers get goofed up and the simple solution that works very often for me is to plug it into a different usb port then all is fine again, and sometimes hubs cause issues so try plugging it straight into the back of your pc.
