Pairing the Wing with my Acura RDX
It is a beautiful thing. Paired up without any difficulty. (My MDA paired up perfectly well also BTW).
One thing I did notice about the Wing is that the BT stack has been improved. Now when I enter the vehicle and start it up, it hooks up with the Wing immediately AND in the Instrument Panel Display I can see the signal strength and battery life indicators!
With the MDA, those two indicators were not displayed. I am assuming because the BT stack on the MDA was not programmed to transmit that information to the 'headset device'.
I like being able to see those indicators while I am in a call. Gives me a 'heads up' in case I need to plug the Wing into the car charger on a long trip (or a particularly long phone call).
