What are you using your previous PDA phone for?

I tend to switch phones about every 1-2 years so of course I am left with the annoyance of finding other uses for the PDA phones that I have retired.

- My 6315 used to be my nightstand alarm clock when I got the MDA (no SIM card in it). Now it is powered down and awaiting a new purpose. Either that, or it is going to TMO for recycling.

- My MDA is now my nightstand alarm clock (no SIM card in it). MTUX AlarmX works great for that purpose as it sits in an upright charger I got some some place I can no longer remember. Since I also have my iNav IGuidance software still installed, it might turn into my wife's portable GPS device in her minivan.

What are others coming up with as creative/useful alternatives for their retired PDA Phone devices?

Since the iPaq has a larger screen I would recommend some sort of reader type application...

Paperweight, doorstop, boat anchor... but usually just something to get dust on it so it's not on my furniture or a place holder in a box in the attic.
