Question HELP PLEASE! poor quality videos

I am a YouTube addict, so when I found a converter (YouTube Downloader) that easily turns videos from flash to whatever, I was stoked. I converted some videos from flv to .wmv, which is a format supported in wing/window media player.

SO, here I was all happy after I transferred/sync the videos to my wing, but when I played them on phone they looked HORRIBLE. The audio was good, but the picture was so bad that I could barely distinguish what I was viewing!

My wing has a 2GB storage card. So plenty of space for high quality vids.

Also, the videos I converted play on my PC at about the same quality as on YouTube, so I don't know why they won't play as well on my Wing since conversion appeared to keep the original integrity.

LAST QUESTION:

Is there a way to download the High Quality videos on YouTube? My converter seems to automatically download standard quality.

I figured out what was wrong, and I see many of you are having the same issue with available program memory. I moved the better quality videos on my sD card manually instead of syncing and that worked, but now it seems I cannot the play high quality video clips from my sD card because of this flaw. I am pretty disappointed that they even have playing videos as an option on the HTC since they have to be poor quality in order to run!

My program memory hovers between 11-15 but that is still not enough to play my videos. I added a clock program but it didn't do the trick. I'll keep searching but I think I have exhausted all my options.
