I just got my phone, before that I had a PPC 6600. on the ppc, I could check the e-mail wihtout being on a wifi. when I try with the diamond, it just give me error messages that it can't connect or can't sync etc...
what am I doing wrong ?

Sounds like the data connection isn't firing up. I'd call customer support to verify that you're provisioned correctly and the config on your phone is good.

ok, got it to work....just had to got to setting, system, and then update the profile.....
