I have now searched for 3 hours and can not find this request. I see a lot posts about how to get to the bluetooth control panel.

I would like to create a shortcut that when i click on it, it would turn the bluetooth on and off. This shortcut only takes you to where you turn it on: 21#ctlpnl cplmain.cpl,23,1. I want to click and bluetooth turns on and off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
