can someone tell me what is your version number?1.6.19965 is what comes is touch pro but incoming announcements don't work. if someone could verify the diamond's version and also attach the exe i can do some more testing.

Diamond is using the same version of Voice Command as the Touch Pro.

The problem on the Touch Pro may not be with the Voice Command software, but with either the configuration or the version of the phone software on the TP.

Voice Command is creating the incoming call announcement automatically - it's stored in \Application Data\Volatile\TTSCallerID.wav, so the caller ID/name is being generated by Voice Command.

It looks like the phone software is not playing the message when it should. At least on my TP, the ring tone gets muted slightly for a few seconds - like it's trying to play the voice command message - but nothing is being played...

i verified with rpr that when i went to version 214 mine is doing the same thing.... man i wish this worked!!!!
