bluetooth to sync and use as dun with pda net. help

i cant seem to get this phone to support syncing with activsync. it sees my phone but doesnt show those features as supported. i need this to sync and also connect dun via pdanet

let the phone sniff out your laptop/computer. then answer the questions from the computer. make sure your computer is visible to your PAN...

which features are you referring to? If it's connecting via Activesync but isn't allowing you to choose email, contacts, calendar, etc., you either already have a sync relationship set up with a different PC, or it's possible that Outlook isn't installed correctly. You cannot sync with any other program besides Outlook via Activesync.

my computer found my phone but only offers the services below

personal area networking service
object push service

all others are shaded grey in the bluetooth program box.

is there certain settings in my computer activesync or on my phone i need to change?

my phone shows "serial" checked off in the servies box.
