Has anyone else noticed that the caller ID display, for outgoing calls, momentarily says "Unknown Caller". before it displays the name from your address book?

About 250. Do you think it's choking on finding a match? It seems weird that I would have that issue on this phone & not any of the others I've had, but maybe that's what's happening.

try this..

you can set personalized ringtones for different contacts right? if so, set a contact to a special ring only for that contact and then have that contact call your phone.. see if it is slow to play the special ringer.. if it is, then its a sign that its hanging on finding the contact..

i have about 98 contacts with some of them having more than one number. i just called to a contact in my book and the info was on the screen instantly...

Mine does this about 1 out of 3 calls. I have about 250 also, I should clean it out one of these days.
