Hi,

I have bought a HP ipaq model 6915 on Ebay. When I got it I'v notice it was locked for Cingular network and wouldn't accept any other Sim. I connected several companies, which deals with unlock code, all of them failed to help and fully refunded for my money. Without a choice I called Cingular asked them for the unlock code. They told me I need to have service in order for them to provide the unlock code. By the way, this is a brand new handle, was never activated, and is not associated with any phone number.
I don't live in the States, and we don't have any Cingular Service.

Can anybody help me in my quest after the unlock code??

Any advices will be appreciated.
