Any iPaq hw6945 w/Tmobile users?

I am looking at switching from the T-Mobile DASH to an unlocked iPaq hw6945. Can anyone give any pros/cons of using this phone with T-Mobile? I am mostly interested in being able to receive my email (I have Tzones), internet surfing is not a priority for me. I am satisfied with the resolution, etc. and all that. I'm just curious about how seamless interfacing the hw6945 to them is.

Thanks for the help, glad I found this site.

I'm using an unlocked 6945 on T-Mobile.

It works flawlessly. Just pop in the TMO SIM and the 6945 automatically configures everything.

I'm making this post from my 6945 using T-Mobile data. Everything works the way it should. Like I said, just pop in your SIM and go.

You'll love the 6945. It's a great device with more stuffed under the hood than any other device currently available in the US. Enjoy!

What has your experience been with the GPS on the phone? I tried it the first day I got it, it worked great. But now I get a message saying that the comm port is available but the GPS is not responding, to either turn it on or attach it. Any suggestions? I'm using MS Streets & Trips that it shipped with.

Thanks

Rich
