Sound level nearly inaudible - common problem?

HW6515

The sound is nearly inaudible either in regualr phone or speaker-phone modes. To use it at all I have to use a headset - ether wired or blue-tooth. And even with the headset, it's marginally useable - if there is any background noise whatsoever, even road noise driving in the car, you cannot hear.

I have all the volumes turned up all the way.

Is this problem common to this model unit?

thx
Vince

Definitely sounds like a defective unit. I've never had any problem with audio levels, actually, I normally have to TURN DOWN the audio because it's so loud.

Call up HP or whomever you purchased your unit from and send it in for servicing. something is definitely not right there...
