Would love some feedback on "InfoGation Odyssey Mobile 4.0 "

First, I want to help clear up something that confused me, for anyone else that reads this and wants to explore buying this software. Handango lists "InfoGation Odyssey Mobile 4.0 Software + US, CANADA MAP,works with any GPS", and it is $89 right now. When I went to the developer's website (http://www.infogation.com/) The price was listed as $149 for the unlimited map download, but they also have a Holiday Special for 40% off. I wasn't 100% sure if the $89 was for the unlimited one or something else. I called their office, and talked to a sales rep. He said that several people have called asking the same question (made me feelbetter that I was the only one confused). The $89 is for the unlimited version.

Ok, with that out of the way - I would love to hear of any feedback on this product running on a HP 6515. I've seen info on other phones here on the boards, but not THIS phone. Please let me, and anyone else looking for GPS software, what your thoughts are on this. $89 is a really good price, so if there are any hidden "gotcha's" it would be great to know before spending the money.

Sorry I can't help you with this prog on your particular device. But I can tell you this:

I have a sprint audiovox ppc-6600. Although this program has a nice enough interface, and seems to be adequate for what I need, it refuses to start unless I turn off the phone and soft reset first! Otherwise, it just sits on a loading screen forever. I called for support and they told me they had tested it on the exact same phone as mine and it worked (they could not reproduce the error), so there was nothing they could do for me. They suggested I get a new phone, or continue using this one turning off the phone function each time I want to use it (!) Unacceptable. I will be getting iGuidance soon, very likely. I suggest you find a way to try their demo before you buy.
