Exclamation HW6515d card slots problem

Hi

A friend of mine has two identical PDA model HW6515d.
One of them has no problem, but the other has a very weird problem with slot cards.
I can't tell when this problem appeared because both PDA's had no problem in the first place.
The problem is that the SD and miniSD card slots don't appear as empty slots anywhere. I tried to insert a 2GB Kingmax SD card but is not recognized on the faulty PDA. When is inserted it allways ask to format the card, and if I answear Yes the formating doesn't take too long (1 or 2 secs) and says the card is formated, but I can't see it anywhere. Also I can't use the card in a card reader on PC.
We tried to upgrade ROM to version 1.21. No good.
I installed a utility to rename the card. Still same problem.
But I was surprised when, after formating the card on PC with FAT32 file system with 512b cluster size, the format question didn't appear after insertin g it in the PDA. I could see the SD card on PDA, but I didn't tried to use it. Instead I tried to copy on PC some backup from another card that is used on the good PDA. After this operation the card in not recognized again.
I tried to reformat the card on PC same as before. No good.
I don't know what to do next.

Thank you for any response.

Everything worked fine with 4gb mini-sd card before I deleted these 2 folders:
/iPAQ File Store/2577
/iPAQ File Store/Installer

I,m using 4gb card. How did you managed to format the card in first place? In your message you stated that you formated it in fat32 somehow.
Did you move any further from you previoust message?

Can anyone send me these 2 folsders archieved. PM me. THX in advance

Everything wokrd just excellent BUT was asking for "MicroMLS is not installed. Tap on OK to proceed." when i inserted or ejected the card. After I found on some forum that deleting some folders might help I deleted: Mobile Device/My Windows Mobile-Based Device/iPAQ File Store/2577

AND

Mobile Device/My Windows Mobile-Based Device/iPAQ File Store/Installer

AND

Mobile Device/My Windows Mobile-Based Device/Temp/autorun

It
stoped asking about Micromls, but started asking to format the SD card
everytime I insert it. It formats and says format completed
successfully BUT the card is not visible anywhere. ...
