Cannot Reset User
I broke the tap screen and sent it out for repairs. Got it back and now cannot sync back my old stuff. WHen I out it in the cradle it asks about a New Partnership. I select standard. Sync with this desktop, type in device name. then I get a message saying that one is already in use select another name.
If I cancel out of this and get to the main activsync screen then select tools, restore. restore.I get a invalid storage file message. Nowhere in my profile can I find the backup.stg file.
All of the above is from the PC. Is there another way to restore my PDA?
