RegEdit: Completely Disable a Key

I have a WM5 phone and appreciate the thread here on regedit optimization.

My problem is the center right key. Anytime I hit a key near it, it goes bonkers. Sometimes it goes bonkers on it's own. Things would be just find if I could get it to be totally diabled. I can still access it's function by pressing the touchscreen.

Any idea where this can be done in the registry?

I realize I can tweak it in the registry somehow to do different things, but have only seen how to CHANGE it's function on the Today screen - and that also changes it's function on the today also changes how the button on the touchscreen works.

Any help would be appreiated.
