I have an iPAQ 6315 that has waht seems to be a broken phone earpiece speaker.

When I got it, I didn't have a sim to test the phone with. I replaced screen, and it seemed to work fine. I flashed to several firmwares, in this order: (it had orig. T-mobile branded firmware)

I recieved a pre-paid sim fomr tmobile, but the phone speaker is broken. (speakerphone and headset work fine)

Do I need to replace speaker, or can a firmware hack, replace, tweak work?

i am havin a prob with my 6315,when i dial a call i cannot hear the person on the other side, the other person can hear me fine.i can hear my hp ringing and can hear music on it.its just the phone voice that has gone.on turning on the speaker mode or using a head set i can hear the voice of the person i am calling.any ideas what the problem is .thks
