No more sound

I recently got trouble with my H6315. Everything was working fine until last week. I was using it as usual with TT5 and my bt gps and I was having sound from my amplified car holder.

After having removed my 6315 from it, no more sound (events, rings, wav files). I was sure that my speaker was out of order. This morning, I performed (again) a soft reset and I heard the sound of meeting event BEFORE the device completely booted up (still on boot up screen and no start menu).

So my speaker seems to work fine but I can't see where to recover sounds.

Any ideas?

Already done this several times. Nothing happened, no sound. With a headset, I can manage to get calls or sound events.

My H6315 fell when I was using as gps in my car. Since then, even my wired headset has problems with the connector (I tested it with my pc and it works fine), the contact is not good.

So I think that's definetly a hardware problem, and the connector remained in headset mode. I will try to unscrew the device and see what I can do.

Thanks for your answer.
