I purchased an Ipaq 6915 in september. It fell only from 35cm high coffe table and its glass screen had a crack even when there is plastic screen cover as well as belt clip on the face of it. moreover there is no scratch or impact on its body, even microscopic one! HP customer support reckons it is absolutely user fault and callously sends me the bill for replacement 269USD + Local VAT.
I have had many earlier PDAs, droped and harmed some. But none had been such flimsy. I find it outrageous and wonder if such weakness is delibarete. Since the screen costs 1/3 of its original price.

1. you should have tried pocketpc techs
2. when i used my ipaq i had dropped it from a bed onto hardwood, and even a couple of times it has fallen out of my pocket without the screen cracking.
3. if you purchased it in september...you should have waited a month more or picked yourself up a nice HTC Wizard.
