h6315 does not resume after standby

Hello
I have h6315 iPAQ, 1.11.10 ENG version.
If it goes to standby, it sometimes hangs, and dont resume, only soft reset help.
Anyone knows what is the problem?

I have had similar problems since upgrading to 1.11.10. But my phone also hard resets itself every two or three days. Maybe it is time for a new PDA.

Did it worked OK with the prev. versions?
