strange shut down

hi guys, it just happened 2 times with my pda, and i dont know what this is, let me explain, i was just using im+ on wifi and suddenly i got a movie like counter in the screen 5 4 3 2 1 and then it turned off completely and even pressing the power button wouldnt turn it on, till i put it in the craddle, but whats strange is that both batteries are at max!, one at 89% and the other at 100% (backup one) so i dont know why the shut down, anyone knows or could tell me?, this has only happened to me 2 times

thanks in advance

both times you were using IM+??

I know the iPAQ has a movie in the My Videos folder that displays the counter, I just don't know what could have triggered it...

Sounds interesting..

Probably your battery has a bad contact to your pda.
Try look into the contact areas, may be loose.
My friend did have the same problem with the same symptom
