This is my first post on this board, i hope i'll get some help
I have an hp ipaq 6315.I updated the ROM version, so that now it says that it is 1.11.10 ENG. Is this meaning that now it is actually a 6365?
And secondly, the volume is really low, i mean i can't hear the other person if ii am on the street for example, and aso the other person complaints a lot about not hearing me, and i constanty have to shout when i talk to the phone. Is this fixabe by some software means, or it is just how it is, can;t do much about it?Is it a faulty microphone?
I really ove this device, and this is my ony issue with it.

Try using the headset. It's not actually a 6365, but you do have the 6365 software on there.
