whant to use my ipaq as a modem

hi guys, i have looked around the site a bit, but i have really no idea what im doing. I go camping alot and I want to have internet away from hotspots. I have an hp ipaq, and i have t-mobile, wich alsa has the GPRS enabled for me, so i can surf the net on my phone anytime, but i also have a laptop and I want to have internet there, for diffrent things, like games, game massangers, stuff like that. I really have no idea what im doing, i have the usb cable to my phone, and i have the phone, i have no cd's. so can i please get some help. also if it is easier i have an sammsung sgh i300. or i think its sgh. im no completely sure. but its a samsung i300.

what you need to do is the following:

Use bluetooth to connect the laptop to the phone. Then create a DUN connection using the iPAQ as a modem. The phone number to dial is *99# and leave the user name and password blank. Dial it up and you should be able to connect.

Make sure your iPAQ is not connected to the GPRS network or else the connection will fail because the iPAQ is already engaged.

ah ok thx. so have the GPRS turned off, connect via bluetooth and go to set a new connection and the dial number. and thats all? then when i start up the internet it will work? also is it possible to do it with the SGH-i300 by USB, becouse i have to buy a bluetooth card and right now i cant, but is it posible with that phone? the same company and internet enabled.
