I have downloaded already the original file. But i need the patched hpRUU to change language from italian to english

Do it this way instead:
Download the English and Italian packs of the 6340.
Run the English Package, extract the files to c:\iPAQ\SP3XXXXX and Cancel. Then run the Italian Package, extract the files to c:\iPAQ\SP3XXXXX and let the program check the ROM version against your iPAQ version. Now just before you continue with the ROM upgrade, copy all NBF files from the English ROM directory to the Italian one. Make sure you pick up all NBF's. Now press Next and burn the ROM with the English files.
This will surely work.

Download the English ROM for the 6315 here:

and Spanish ROM for the 6340 here:

1. Run the Spanish Package, extract the files to c:\iPAQ\SP30392 and Cancel.

2. Run the English Package. Extract the files to c:\iPAQ\SP30017. Now just before you continue with the ROM upgrade by pressing "NEXT", copy all NBF files from the Spanish ROM directory to the English one. Make sure you pick up all NBF's. Now press "NEXT" and burn the ROM with the Spanish files.

Will this process work for the 6915 too?

Thx Barr, but ROM 6315 is old (Version: 1.10.08 (31 Mar 2005) )... im like ROM 6365 (1.11.08 ) translated to spanisn.
Im cam use Ivlolvo ROM ver. V http://pda.lvlolvlo.net/Set%20V%20Instructions.htm in replace of ROM from HP?

i tried to follow the instructions, doing everything necessary. Apparently when I tried to get the hpRUU to execute it didn't work. Was wondering how to get it to run because I am really frustrated because my Pocket PC is installed in French...
