Exclamation HELP! g1000 will only work on speakerphone!

Hey guys. Just bought this phone off of fleaBay and it has been working fine until I moved something and now the only way for me to hear anything during a call is to have the phone on speakerphone.

Please help!

I have done a soft reset. I tried installing a sdio wifi card and it didn't work so I uninstalled both program and the sdio update. That's about all that I've done.

Phone does not have a hard reset button.

do yoiu mean the phones reset button is damaged? if not, the reset switch is located under the battery.

if your switch is indeed broken, just take the battery out for a couple of days or do the battery shorting technique if you are so inclined to do so..

if it worked prior to the install of the files then it sounds like a hard reset will do the trick...
