Hello, I just bought a reconditioned g1000 on ebay. I love it, EXCEPT it won't connect to the internet. I get an error message saying no answer at the number I dialed. Also a critical error message every so often that says "critical error, usb cable connection detected. please remove cable" Even though there is no cable connected to it. I have done a hard reset and taken it to the sprint store. They said they didn't have the necessary cable to do a hard precesion over ride. Can anyone help?
