As I have read many of you are heading out, but I just got mine from Ebay. I previously had a treo 300 so I am always a few behind, but the price is right this way. So what should I do once it arrives? What are the pro’s and some other good sites..

This is the best and only site I ever found for the G, as you said most of us seasoned vets moved on, but all of the information we ever collected is here in this forum and there are plenty of folks picking up G's second hand, welcome to the PocketPC world and good luck!

I had a HP 3970 with WI-Fi, but it was not a phone... The ROM is corrupt and needs a new flash, but otherwise it works...

Well either way, have fun with the G1000.
