Unhappy Hitachi G1000

My G1000 keeps freezing on the boot screen. Does anyone know how to get past it? I've tried soft booting and hard booting. PLEASE HELP!!!!

If you tried rebooting and everything, have you tried contact Sprint technical support? If that doesn't work do you have equipment protection on it?

I've talked w/ Sprint. They said I have to bring it in. I do not have protection.

Cross your fingers and bring it in. Hopefully, its something they can easily remedy. But some of the on-site techs I've dealt with didn't even know how to add a new number to phones memory. Good luck!

Did you ever find a solution to your frozen screen problem? I have the same phone and it froze on me today, I called sprint tech support and they told me how to do the reset and hard reset and of course nothing happened. I also don't have insurance and after the troubleshooting didn't work sprint basically told me I was screwed. Anyone, help?!!??!

sprint has discontinued this phone and no longer support it. if you did a successful hard reset by utilizing the switch in the battery compartment and its still freezing, then you have an expensive brick.

give us some mroe info:

are you the original owner?
if not, did you get it off fleabay?
how long have you had it?
did you try to sync the phone to , say, palm software?
did the phone work properly for a while?
if it did work for a while, what did you do prior to the issue?

answering these questions will help give you a better solution.
