frozen g1000

I just got a g1000, and unfortuntaly It froze on me today. I had just disconnected it from the activesync and put it in it's case when I heard a buch of beeping. Took it out and it was acting like a key was stuck.. I couldn't do anything, so I popped the battery out. Well after that it wouldn't turn on. Then I did a hard reset and now it's stuck on the boot up screen.

What are my options? And what could have caused this? Since I got the phone used I don't have a warrenty, and really can't bring it into sprint... Or can I ? I just had it activated 5 days ago.

Ben

Na it was working really good no problems with it. I just remember kindof sqeezing the case when I put it in my Niteize case, and I heard it start to beep. When I took it out the screen was flicker like there was a stuck key, I mean that is exactly how it was acting like I had held down a key for a while. Anyway, I decide to turn it off, but the off button wouldn't respond right away so I flipped out the battery. After that it wouldn't even turn on until I did a hard reset. Now it comes up with the screen

Accelent systems Inc.

Sprint
Hitachi

and it stays there.

If I turn the key guard on, it will reconize that it is on and show it on the screen

naah. just leave the battery out of the phone for abuot a day. this will drain the residual energy from the internal capacitor. after this test then reinsert the battery and try again. there may be some key thats stuck.. try pressing the keys to see if they release or give you tacticle feedback..

but... is it a fleabay phone???

no this one wasnt' I had another one, but they took too long to ship, so I picked this one up local.

There is someone selling another one local for $150, but If I broke this one this quick I would love to get insurance on the next one.
