when you sign up for a data plan, vision is the service you use.

That screen dosen't mean anything, They all say that.

Is this something that just happened (it worked before) or did you just get the phone?


You may want to go to your settings and "recover vision settings" you may also want to "create PCS Mail settings"

i just got the phone .. but it doesn't go online ..

You of course had them add vision to your plan when you activated the phone right?

The G is really easy to setup. if you don't have the manual it can be downloaded at the Sprint site.

call sprint. get it activated. add vision plan. thats it. once you open up pocket IE the screen will no longer say diasbled, it wil show your pcs email address and "enabled"

yes i did add the vision to my plan but it still does not go online by the way when i did add the vision to the plan it was downloading somthing put after a will it stop and give me a Error ..
