havin trouble watchin movies on my g....

i just got a 1 gig sd card and have a few movie files there, and have problem watchin them, i.e. the video goes frame by frame. how can i fix this memory problem. need help plz....

Are you encoding the movies to the appropriate ppc screen size and frame rate?
Also, which player are you using?

actually i haven't encoded the video files. i just got my sd card 2 days ago. and i just transfer the files like that. i just got wm encoder 9, but im havin trouble usin it. is there a better one. and what size should i encode the movie?

When I move video to my G, I run it through windows movie maker first and save it using their preset specs "video for pocket pc"

There's probably better ways, but this is easy and the results are pretty good.

I've also heard that there's alot of better players out there (pocket tv, etc) but since I rarely watch video, I haven't spent much time comparing.

aite thnx for the info... well now i have another problem, i just got the latest pocket dvd studio and it encodes the files good other than the sound.... i need help trying to figure this out. i encoded a dvd, and it came out with no sound. i have the nero digital audio decoder. can n e one help me out.
