hey guys, im trying to access my PCS mail through my phone and it just wont work, i activated my account with sprint and did what it said but it never works. Also when i am trying to do the same except with my email, i asks for a domain name, i have no idea what that would be for hotmail or even if that works, but my main concern is the PCS mail so if you guys could help me figure itout, that would be great

do you have the correct pop and smtp servers?

is your username and password typed in properly?

i have no idea what pop and smtp servers are so i guess not, and yeah, my user name and password is typed correctly, i made sure of that.

well thats probably yor first problem... incorrect servers.

the spritn servers should be listed elsewhere in this forum.. search for pcs servers.. if you dont find it , ill get you the answer...

yeah, i serched for them but all i could find was about the midspring stuff that the original guy had problems with, i couldnt find anything that talked specifically about using pcs mail other than your little comments about how you had pcs, msn and another kind. If you could get me the correct servers so that i can start using PCS Mail and my hotmail account that would be soo great, im tired of it nothing working.

as for hotmail, there is a favorites link in your favorites folder that will give you access to hotmail. is you use MSN mail ther are different servers to use for that.
