The unit is about 6 months old. I have two batteries, travel sync/charger cable, plus everything that came with the phone out of the box. I have all cd's, manuals, and both stylus. The phone also has probably 25 pieces of purchased software. I love the I 700, however, it is just too big for my day to day life. The unit is flawless, has NEVER even come close to being dropped, and has had a screen protector on it since day one.
