I used to have the Verizon version but now the carriers are getting picky about which branded device you use on which network. I also tried turning a UMPC into a phone with a broadband card but didn't want to have to pay extra for Skype.

I don't very much shop ebay anymore as I have tried twice to get a Sprint PPC6600 from there and both times got ripped off. One seller sent me a 6600 that fell apart in my hand, and the other one didn't send anything at all!

I have an Audiovox branded 6600 that's been sitting in my desk drawer for the past year. It was actually my mom's, and she used it for about a year with a small regional CDMA carrier. So it's not Sprint branded, but possibly they might activate it since it's not a Verizon or Alltel version?? I can send you the ESN if you want, and you can check with Sprint and see if they would activate it.
