It's a shadow from t-mobile and has I have had it for 2 days. I upgraded to WM6.1 smart phone edition. I'm waiting for t-mobile to send me a code to unlock the phone so it can also be used with ATT. I'm not promising the code they send me will unlock,this is just and "extra" if it will work. Also, reviews has it that the shadow is a great device but lacks on battery power. I have tested this thing like I do with all the phones I buy and try. And this phone is great on its stock battery. Use wifi to stream music and it will last for HOURS. I think that some batteries most have been defective since t-mobile are giving customers a new one when they complain on battery life. Some report that after the exchange they are happy with the shadow's battery life. Btw, most people that complain on poor battery are ones that dont believe in charging the phone while they sleep. This is for ALL phones, I don't get why its such a big thing to charge a phone at night.

This is one great phone, and at the price I'm selling its a great deal. The phone comes with everything that comes with it including the box. It also has a CLEAR SHIELD which protects the WHOLE phone including the screen. This is NOT those PLASTIC shields that add bulk. This is like thick clear screen protector. Very nice and a must ow (for me) on all phones.
