in like new condition. was given to me as gift last week, was never activated. the kyocera battery was still in it's packing plastic. i have since discovered that verizon will not activate the phone. it seems like too nice a phone to trash or recycle, so i thought i'd sell it here for parts or whatever. i have in like new condition:

phone w/stylus and belt clip
charger
sync cradle
