Going ahead I have taken ownership of your case and have sent the a new Mogul phone along with the return kit for HTC Touch phone. The new Mogul phone is in exchange to the touch phone.

You will receive the new phone and the return kit in 3 to 5 days time. Once you receive the new phone and the kit, please return the defective phone to us so that your account is not charged with the cost of the phone.
