Dave Black and Nikon - inspiring
Just came across http://daveblackphotography.com and am in awe at this guy's portfolio. It seems like every important event in sports in the last 20 years, this guy was there and and in the right place to photograph it. Anyway, he uses a D2H and does more than just sports with it. I'm humbled and inspired to look at his work. The reason I'm posting this is that he has a lot of information about how he gets the shots that he gets on his site, in the "On the Road" and "Workshop at the Ranch" parts of the site. And, I didn't see anywhere on the site where he was whining about the camera having an issue that prevented him from getting the shot he wanted. Just like Ron Reznick, he properly composes and exposes the shot, and the D2H does what its supposed to do.
