I've been using the 9100 for over a year now. It's the best Pocket PC I've ever used, and I've been using them since CE 1.0 was first released back in 1997.
I use it primarily as a PDA for storing contacts, appointments, etc. -- the phone functionality is secondary to me. One of the big things I use it for is GPS navigation -- I use Route 66's Navigate software and the Globalsat BT358 BT GPS receiver. Both work very well on the 9100.
WiFi performance is good for a CE device --if you have the right ROM version, you can use WPA (as opposed to WEP) for added security. Note that no CE device performs quite as well as a Windows laptop with built-in WiFi; the size & power demands of the PPC form factor require some trade-offs.
BT performance is very good -- I've used several different headsets with varying results (more due to the headset than the 9100). A2DP/AVRCP is possible if you have a ROM that includes A2DP support or install the Tornado A2DP hack (check out xda-developers.com for more info).
Note that the 9100 is a couple of generations old -- if I were buying a new device today, I'd probably buy a Hermes as opposed to the Wizard.
