T-Mobile 'my email' with exchange
When i first purchased this phone and the data connection my MDA would connect directly with my exchange/outlook at home. shortly after it decided to tell me that the account was 'not supported.' Now i wish to connect it with my exchange account at work. On t-mobile's website i would go through the steps to setup a new account with the proper login information and try any combination of POP or IMAP. Both ways i was told that the account could not be accessed or there was trouble reaching the account, make sure my information is correct. I do know that the account is active, outlook is open on my desktop. Any suggestions? Thanks.
