Hi All,
Just today I recieved the message USB Device Not Recognized when trying to synch my Q-Tek (TMobile) with my laptop.
Any ideas?

Tried fixes and observations:
- 22.71MB of program memory available
- Tried a number of differnet USB ports on laptop.
- Tried another computer (one without AS installed on it) and recieved same message.
-Removed AS 4.2 and installed AS 4.5 beta
- ** Device still charges via USB charger AND USB connection to laptop

Any idea greatly appreciated!

More troubleshooting found the cause to be a bad USB cable. While the device would still charge the device was not recognized as a USB device.

I have the same problem trying to recognize my imate K-JAM with my laptop with Vista. Anything else should I check before buying another cable? Thanks.
