I'm very frustrated. The only software loaded is GoodLink. When I reset the phone it seems to get to the point where the today screen should load, but stops and nothing works.

Anyone seen this?

Which phone are you using?
have you talked to Goodlink - they are usually very helpful in solving issues.

Make sure you are using the latest 4.9 version, also make sure that the version you are loading is right for your phone. There are 2 versions for WM5, PPC and SP.. I just had an issue with a user who was pushed out the wrong version for their phone and it made the phone do some weird stuff.
