My PDA takes sometimes an hour to sync when it should only take 5 minutes at the most. Does anyone else have this problem, and if so how did you fix it?

Try hard resetting the phone and then reinstall active sync. Thats my guess.
And try to get the most recent updated version of active sync if you dont have it.

are you trying to sync everything or just calendar and or addresses? Also are you over bluetooth or using cable. You may want to do what was previously suggested or go into your conduits and click only that which really needs updating. Otherwise, it will try and sync everything on your device. and if it is application heavy, ( full of applications) or doc. or photo heavy, it will take forever.

I found the problem, there was an extra exchange server on my PDA and when I deleted it everything is working fine.
