Make Your DialPad Bigger....

I have been posting to another thread in the PPC-6700 / XV6700 section of the site, but since I am on a 8125 I thought I would repost this here as well.

I have recently completed another skin for the E-Ten Dialer which you can find on my site. www.paulya.com. Take a look..

Enjoy
-Pauly

This looks cool, anyone else using this? Is the smartdial feature working with it yet?

Hey, now I'm cooking with gas with this phone!!! One of my chief complaints of the soft keypad is that the buttons were too small for my thumb. This E-ten Dialer works great for me (so far). I'm using the DeepBlue Classic with picture box, and the buttons are much easier for me to press. I haven't been using smartdialer anyway, so I won't miss it.

I'm going to give this thing a go because dailing is the only thing that is bugging me so for with this phone.

Will the ETen dialer and skins work with a QVGA/WM2003 device like the iPaq 6300?

Agreed...install was pretty easy and if you have trouble dialing on the key pad it is way helpful...

Send a message via Yahoo to mcracr

nice piece - couple notes:

- I have to soft reset to get the new skin to load. anyone else have to do this?
- you should add the speaker phone button to the top - I don't like having to go into the Menu to select it once a call is started
- why is the conference option grayed out in the Menu selection? how can I activate this during a call?

otherwise, nice big buttons make it much easier to handle.

LOVE the skins, fixes one of my biggest problems with the 8125.

Do you know when you are moving the Beta design (smart dialer, pics and all) to general release? the link takes me to another web site, and I am having trouble following how to install the Beta (not sure which files I need).

Nice work!

Thanks

Anyone have the original bmp's after the install of the new rom for the 6700? I installed the new buttons...I like them but want to make sure I can return to the original buttons with smart dial. (forgot to back them up).
