I hope someone can help me. I am interested in buying good quality earphones (with mic/ volume/ answer buttons) for my Mio A701 (GPS PDA Phone). I have narrowed down on Shure i2ct. Please let me know if this product will be compatible with my Mio? My device has a 4 conductor 2.5 mm jack. The supplied stereo earphones (poor audio quality) has a remote with mic/ volume control/ one button for answering/ rejecting calls.

At the Shure website/ FAQ I have read that this i2ct does NOT work with most PPC? It only works with Treo 650/700 and also HTC Wizard/ Qtek 9100.
So I will need an adapter PPCPADPT14 and use their other product i2c (dual connector). I am not sure how this is so complicated. I thought the i2ct which as 2.5 mm 4 conductor plub, should easily work with my Mio? Please advise. Thanks.
